Barista Basics (Yr 7 - Yr 12)

Learn the basics of barista craft or enhance your coffee making skills. Master espresso machines, coffee brewing and milk steaming. This workshop is great as an introduction for those considering working in the hospitality industry or if you just love coffee and cafes.

Learn the basics in styling… hair washing, curling and straightening with industry an expert Educator from De Lorenzo.

Beauty Course (Yr 9 - Yr12)

Beauty Basics - Learn how to apply make up for a function. Partner up and give your 'client' a facial and learn how to get the right brow look.

Character Illustration & Design for Visual Media (Yr 7 - Yr 12)

This is a 1 day workshop on the basics of producing digital illustrations and character concepts for games and movies.
Students will need to bring their own laptop or drawing pads with photoshop installed. They will learn the basics in adobe photoshop.

Safety White Card (Ages 14+)

Gain a AQF Accreditation to work on any construction site in NSW by completing theory and practical components of 'Prepare to work safely in the construction industry', hosted by License 4 Work.

Traffic Control Course (2 day course)

This is a 2 day workshop with a full day training plus 2 hours of practical on day 2. This course addresses the skills and knowledge for those responsible for stopping and starting traffic in temporary traffic management using a stop/ slow bat or boom gate.

Note: You will need to be aged 17+ and have 100 points of original ID.

2D & 3D Animation (Yr 9 - Yr12)

Hosted by Australian Institute of Technology this course is aimed at beginners.

In 2D Animation students will learn the basic principles and get hands on to create a short animation in the form of a GIF using Brush Ninja/Pencil2D. Students will also learn the basic principles of 3D animation, understand the building blocks of this artform and get hands on to create their own simple 3D animation using Blender.

Students will need to bring their own laptop and have Adobe Animate installed on their laptop.

When: 03 Oct 2024 | 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Fitness 101 (Yr 9 - Yr 12)

Learn what fitness trainers can offer and how we can help people and ourselves. You will learn, basic fitness testing, goal setting and sports performance, Injury prevention, stretching, correct exercise technique for beginners to advanced exercisers in the gym. Career course pathways and many of your health & fitness questions will be answered.

When: 02 Oct 2024 | 10:00am - 2:00pm
